The new 450 Ton CC1000 Series crimper has the ability to crimp hoses from 1/4 inch to 10 inches diameter with the proven and fully automatic ACT^TM control.  

With the proper adapter dies, the CC1000 has the capability of crimping hoses from 1/4 inch up to 10 inch industrial hose.

With the ACT^TM controller up to 50 different dies and 150 combinations of die and crimp settings can be stored for easy recall.

the 7-1/2 HP 2 stage pump and the 400 Ton cylinder give the CC1000 the ability to handle a wide range of hoses and fittings effectively.

The CC-FP10 Fitting Pusher is an essential addition for any shop crimping industrial hoses

The CC1000 Head opens to 13-7/8 inches (352mm) by only 5 inches (127mm) deep permitting special and angled fittings to be handled easily.

With the correct adapters hoses from 1/4 inch to 10 inches can be crimped in the CC1000

The 7-1/2 HP pump and controls are housed in a separate cabinet and are easily accessible for maintenance.
