CustomCrimp® offers three different hose saws.  These rugged, dependable saws offer features not found on other saws.  Choose the one with the capacity and features which meet your individual requirements.

The CustomCrimp® HS Series Hose Saws offer sturdy construction for years of dependable service.

The HS150 (1 HP) will cut up to 1-1/4 inch 4 wire hose and up to 1 inch 6 wire hose.  The 1 HP motor is available only in 110 Volt configuration.

The HS 300 (3 HP) saw will cut up to 1-1/4 inch 6 wire hose or up to 2 inch 2 wire hose.

The HS 500 (5 HP) saw will cut up to 2 inch 6 wire hose with the serrated blade.

The HS300 and the HS500 saw are available in:

220 Volt Single Phase

220 Volt 3 Phase

480 Volt 3 Phase

Additional features and accessories are available for both the HS300 and the HS500 saws

"Hose Helper" acts like a third hand to retain the hose in position during the cutting process.

It can be mounted on either end of the saw table.

Blade choice is a function of the type of hose being cut.

The serrated blade (P/N 103187) is recommended for general purpose cutting, and is the only blade recommended for cutting 2 inch 6 wire hose with the HS 500 Hose Saw.

The smooth blade (P/N 102210) is recommended for cutting braided hose and will give minimal debris in the cut hose.
