The CC1000 is the most recent addition to the CustomCrimp® line of high performance manual/fully automatic production crimpers. With a 13-7/8 inch (352mm) throat opening and 400 Ton of crimping force, the CC1000 has the capacity to handle anything from 1/4 inch hydraulic hose to 10 inch industrial hose.
The programmable ACTTM controller and the 7.5HP 2 stage pump make this crimper one of the most versatile user friendly crimpers on the market.

The D Series of CustomCrimp® hose crimpers offer the same infinite adjustability and accuracy as the larger CC series, but are designed for the smaller shop where space and portability and flexible power requirements are a factor.

Hose Saws, Nut Crimpers, Test Benches and Ferrule Vise Crimpers provide the tools and support products for a full service hose assembly facility.
